GulfNet is not a professional verification, licensing, certification, consumer-protection or inspection service.
Independent Businesses
Businesses appearing on GulfNet Local are independent third parties. Unless specifically stated otherwise, they are not employees, agents, partners, representatives or contractors of GulfNet.
Users contract directly with the individual business. GulfNet is not a party to any agreement, transaction or arrangement between a visitor and a listed business.
No Guarantee
A listing or Personally Vetted designation on GulfNet should not be interpreted as a warranty or guarantee of workmanship, products, services, pricing, availability, future performance, customer service, licensing status, insurance status, safety, regulatory compliance or accreditation.
Businesses change over time. A positive experience at the time of listing does not guarantee future outcomes.
What “Personally Vetted” Means
The Personally Vetted designation describes GulfNet’s personal relationship or firsthand basis for the referral. It does not mean GulfNet has performed a formal background investigation, professional certification, government license verification, safety audit, financial audit or inspection of any kind.
For licensed or regulated services, visitors should independently confirm any license, insurance, permits, qualifications or credentials that are important to them before hiring or contracting with a business.
No Paid Placement
Businesses cannot purchase a GulfNet recommendation, ranking, placement, listing or Personally Vetted designation. There is no fee for inclusion. GulfNet does not accept payment in exchange for favourable placement or listings.
User Responsibility
Visitors are responsible for evaluating whether a business is appropriate for their needs. Information on GulfNet should not be considered legal, financial, medical, engineering, contracting or other professional advice merely because a business in one of those fields appears in the directory.
Use of GulfNet and any decision to contact, hire or contract with a listed business is made at the visitor’s own discretion and responsibility.
Accuracy of Information
GulfNet attempts to keep information useful, but business details can change. GulfNet does not guarantee that every phone number, address, website, operating hour, license, service description or other listing detail will always remain current.
Visitors should confirm important information directly with the business before making decisions.
Third-Party Websites and Resources
GulfNet may link to external websites, social-media pages, phone numbers, maps or other third-party resources. GulfNet does not control those third-party services or their content and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability or practices.
Limitation of Responsibility
GulfNet Local provides referral information as a courtesy service. Use of this site and any decisions to contact or hire a listed business are made at the visitor’s own discretion.
GulfNet is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, damages, disputes, injuries, losses, workmanship, products or other outcomes involving independent listed businesses.

Changes and Removals
GulfNet reserves the right to update listings, correct information, remove listings, change categories or discontinue recommendations at any time and for any reason, without notice.
A business does not have a contractual right to remain listed merely because it previously appeared on GulfNet.
